Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tenda Marketplace platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tenda is a lead-generation marketplace connecting consumers (“Customers”) with service providers (“Suppliers”) in Zimbabwe. The platform facilitates introductions but does not directly provide the underlying services (solar installation, generator supply, borehole drilling, etc.).

3. Customer Terms

3.1. Submitting a request on Tenda is free and carries no obligation.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a service request.

3.3. Your contact details will be shared with matched suppliers when they accept your lead.

3.4. Tenda does not guarantee the quality of work performed by suppliers. We vet suppliers for legitimacy and experience but are not responsible for the services they provide.

4. Supplier Terms

4.1. Suppliers must provide truthful information during registration including company details, qualifications, and service areas.

4.2. Supplier accounts are subject to approval by the Tenda team.

4.3. Suppliers purchase credits to accept leads. Each lead acceptance costs 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable except at Tenda's discretion (e.g., invalid leads).

4.4. Suppliers agree to contact accepted leads within 24 hours and provide professional service.

4.5. Tenda reserves the right to suspend or terminate supplier accounts that violate these terms or receive consistent negative feedback.

5. Credits and Payments

5.1. Credits are purchased in packages using supported payment methods (EcoCash, bank transfer).

5.2. Credit prices are listed in USD and may change with reasonable notice.

5.3. Refund requests for invalid leads may be submitted within 7 days and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5.4. Unused credits do not expire but Tenda reserves the right to modify this policy with 30 days' notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Service must not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the platform for spam or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid credit costs
  • Harass or abuse other users, customers, or suppliers
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape data from the platform

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between customers and suppliers are between those parties. Tenda may assist in mediation at its discretion. For disputes with Tenda directly, please contact us at hello@tenda.co.zw. We aim to resolve issues within 14 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tenda acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by suppliers. Our maximum liability is limited to the credit value paid for the specific lead in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
